      Pros

      Good technical leadership, good design practices, robust design control, great team members, freedom to focus on actual design and engineering work, good work life balance, not being micro-managed, mangers able to shield me from unnecessary politics that slows down my work.

      Cons

      lower pay than other companies, pricey health insurance, some politics, recent BD acquisitions induces a lot of uncertainties within organizations.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
