      Co-workers, Cab facility, Lunch facility

      Cons

      Zero job security, top VP will make the so called "difficult decisions" of laying off people very easily. layoffs are regardless to performance. Top VP was not able to improve revenue so he decided to cut cost by laying off people.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
