      Good compensation, if you perform well they take great care of you, work/life balance is phenomenal

      Cons

      if you aren't "in", it isn't special, marketing experience is lacking, learning options are minimal

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
