This is to meet big BD's goals and to cover for losses in other segments. -San Diego site is run by a junior management team that is very insecure and insular. -San Jose site is being pushed to deliver on product development projects with unrealistic timelines. Launch readiness determined by leadership team and core team leader without consideration of commercial readiness. -Difficult to advance in your career. Director and above roles being filled by new MBAs that lack career and industry experience. -Senior leadership team changes every three years causing company culture to shift.
