Boss: "It's OK, we have no pay no penalty as an offer if there is no work, you can go home, not get paid, but you won't lose your job. Isn't that great?" Employee: "I'm here for the paycheck." No transparency at all as the company seems like it is dying because there is no work for people, yet we are told that we are getting new departments in as early as 2025 ...........
