Pros
Good company car list, including EVs. Salary is competitive. Good colleagues and support from other engineers (not management)
Cons
There is very little if any training, which can make you feel unsafe. Traveling time is not factored into your working day, expect to travel “2-4 hours” a day unpaid. Expect unrealistic quotas that can only be achieved through working over your hours. The approach of “Empowerment” has lead to leadership being dismissive of issues raised. Leadership are unwilling to assist subordinates and understand their role and needs. No career mobility.
