      Pros

      Wide spectrum of types of people, mostly made up of very friendly intelligent professionals.

      Cons

      Its been recently going down hill fast for the employees in the name of making profits. Many of the changes are due to questionable people being inserted into higher parts of the organizational chart.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
