      Medical benefits are AMAZING My hours are AMAZING Most of my co-workers are GREAT

      Cons

      All computers, laptops, and printers don't work together in the lab. It is VERY frustrating having to degown, several times per shift, to go back into the office to use a computer.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
