      Pros

      Great development program Company wide resources for training and certifications Great benefits (Tution reimbersment) Interesting work. They try to move people to other units if one is shuting down to avoid lay-offs.

      Cons

      After working for a consulting firm, in hind sight, they can have better comapnay wide communication infrastructure and Knowledge management.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
