      Benefits, overtime claim, cafeteria, monthly birthday celebration

      Cons

      Expecting bosses that having "Work is my life" principles makes it harder to properly do your job. Always want to please other people, but at the same time keep pressing those in lower positions to do something stupid which ends up with blaming session. No proper direction and guide.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
