      The upper management is completely out of touch with how things should be run, multi billion dollar company run like a ma & pa shop

      Cons

      No work/ home ballance rude out of touch management unethical practices falsifying tons of overtime with little to no heads up no weekends off.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
