      Pros

      Friendly Staff, Good locations, Respected Company.

      Cons

      An ORGY of Bureaucracy is an understatement on any policy at BD. Lack of flexibility to get days off. Employees felt overworked, lack of recognition, and I felt the morale was borderline downtrodden on a bad day or apathetic on a good day. Everything is done with archaic Lotus Notes.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
