      * Job security * Great opportunities to grow * Great support options * Wide option for tools

      Cons

      * A lot of security blockers (only Edge or Chrome to be used) * A lot of bureaucracy, it takes ages to get something done * Impersonal, you are a number * Poor corporate support. (Easy to get support, but shameful the actual help)

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
