BD works every day to improve patient healthcare. There are multiple locations you can work in, good salaries and benefits, and a BD "Nice' culture.
Cons
A lot is expected of employees to deliver to meet company objectives which can mean long hours. Remote work and working from home flexibility has recently been limited and they took away summer Fridays which many associates really appreciated.
