      Great place if you want to discover and learn without guidance. Big organization that seems to be stuck in the past, very difficult to get things done fast

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
