      The customers are nice and make the job enjoyable.

      Cons

      Lots of restructures. Very unstable company. Old technology and not keeping up with competitors. Toxic culture with favoritism. Will discard staff easily.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
