It's a global company so some of your partners may be on the other side of the planet. It's a very asynchronous company and some employees may struggle to adjust to the freedom and accountability.

The product managers were very helpful. They are the reason why Bold gets one star. Also, if you've been there for 4 years or more, you seem to like it.

I've never been so stressed in the first 30 days of a job. The senior manager gossiped about me and didn't have the knowledge to execute or to properly define expectations. I couldn't get feedback or clear expectations from the VP on down. It was like I was supposed to read minds. My advice is to run away.
