      Pros

      Good Benefits- healthcare, dental, and vision fully paid for Remodeled Office AnyPerks

      Cons

      -Don't believe the positive reviews on Glassdoor- they ask current employees to write reviews to remove the negative comments from showing up first in search. -Located right on the border of the Tenderloin- many sketchy individuals right outside the office door. -Things change without clear communication. -Implementation from start to finish takes longer than it should -Instead of Innovating, they constantly copy their competitors or other SaaS companies -Micromanaging Co-Workers -Lots of legacy employees -Prefer sticking to how things worked in the past as opposed to innovating and thinking outside the box -Plan for nighttime calls to sync up with the overseas engineering team in India -Lots of back and forth between the teams in NY/SF with Engineering team in India

      Pros

      Work from home, great benefits, flexible PTO, competitive pay, bonus structure, 401k match.

      Cons

      A more Horizontal corporate structure than most other companies can leave you working more independently than most other companies. It's a global company so some of your partners may be on the other side of the planet. It's a very asynchronous company and some employees may struggle to adjust to the freedom and accountability.

      Pros

      The product managers were very helpful. They are the reason why Bold gets one star. Also, if you've been there for 4 years or more, you seem to like it.

      Cons

      I've never been so stressed in the first 30 days of a job. The senior manager gossiped about me and didn't have the knowledge to execute or to properly define expectations. I couldn't get feedback or clear expectations from the VP on down. It was like I was supposed to read minds. My advice is to run away.
