Pros

Remote work Staff appreciation events Many of the people are great

Cons

Most people here are decent but I don't think that the company is capable of becoming an inclusive place for women and people of color under the current leadership. If you are working here and considering quitting, I'd strongly encourage you NOT to give 2 weeks' notice unless you are prepared to be let go on the spot. My new supervisor at BPM was not a good fit for me (or most experienced professionals, I'd imagine) and I decided to cut my losses and leave shortly after he started. With my previous employer, I'd given a month's notice, but I had heard that wouldn't be a good call. I was doubly glad I didn't give the standard 2 weeks when my coworkers later quit with 2 weeks' notice and were let go on the spot.

Thank you for your comments. Every work arrangement may have different parameters based on current situations. If you would like to discuss your personal situation confidentially, I would be happy to look further into it for you. (Rblasi@bpmcpa.com)
