It used to be one of the best companies to work for. It’s shocking how quickly it has changed into one of the worst. We’re regularly asked to work extra hours and weekends. (with nocompensation) I received my first pay increase in over two years, and it was below inflation — that was the final nail in the coffin for me. Managers are allowed to treat employees poorly, and clients dictate how and when we work. When I approached HR, nothing was done. There’s a growing culture of bullying that seems to be tolerated — even encouraged — as long as deadlines are met. For a company of this size, there should be a union. I have no idea why there isn’t one. Lower-level employees have little to no protection.
