Developers blamed for beta software fails

Pros

Product is selling a lot, based on promises of a great future. If versions become stable Good people in development team

Cons

Be prepared to work long hours as lots of fixes to base software will become your responsibility High turnover as people burn out and managers blame delivery teams Initially things always go great, but watch as things get tough when many extra hours are needed to compensate for flaky versions.

The project teams and our products organization work closely together cross-continents to ‘keep nailing it’ – as our CEO always says - . Suck to not be the sale guy, especially after the promise is sold and clients are left to face with the truth

Horrible Leadership, Horrible Delivery

- Great team members - Compelling value proposition - Market leadership position

Cons

- Probably the worst CEO, in terms of people leadership, in my career. Insulting, demeaning, and worse still, deluded into thinking that his product is a premium product - The worst delivery organization I've seen in 30 years in fintech. Nothing but broken promises and empty gestures. Customers are completely justified in leaving this platform as quickly as possible - Totally inadequate business support; given the treatment by the CEO, we can't keep finance people long enough to pay our bills - senior leadership is a turnstile; we hire good people but they run for the hills once they see the depth of the dishonesty and dysfunction
