      Moved to find cheap labor , they started to move many projects from Amsterdam location to cheap locations like Vietnam and to get rid of the associates here they are conducting name sake interviews and firing people

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
