      Cons

      Backbase was awesome when the LATAM hub started, Europe work culture, collaboration with other hubs. But then people with old ideas and bad management were hired and changed everything for worse.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
