      Pros

      Work with great people. Not a blame culture. Listened to and appreciated.

      Cons

      Bonus is against Sales targets. Doesnt always feel right if the targets that i have no control over results in a poor bonus.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
