      Pros

      People in my team are open minded, easy going and nice to work with. The work-life balance flexibility is ok (we have to be 2 days at the company and the rest can be remote work).

      Cons

      In these times of crisis I don't want to be too harsh, because every company is cutting. Backbase was also affected and I noticed expenses cuts like lay offs, not renewing contracts and an aggressive saving policy.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
