      Good benefits, some decent people

      Cons

      They convince you to buy into their rhetoric and even preach it to others and then they violate their own policies and practices and walk you out on a random morning with no feedback, warning, or opportunity to course correct.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
