      The leadership is very toxic. Although they consider themselves an international company, they have no idea what that means and no experience operating internationally. So, they focus everything in the US. Loads of opportunities for growth lost.

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
