      The company itself is great. Incomparable benefits. Employee outings, fitness lunch etc. honestly the CEO makes this company. He knows everyone's name and their background bc he wants to. Just such a genuine person.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the salary is well below industry standard. You sacrifice money for benefits.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
