      One of the most positively influential companies in my career thus far. Amazing people working on very cool problems.

      Can be tough to advance as the core management team is young and not going anywhere.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
