      The free benefits. Doesnt make up for low industry pay though

      Management doesn't know what they're doing. You would think by now you would see some growth out of the company but it has become stagnant.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
