      Customers love Bandwidth. Business continues to grow. Very profitable. Staffing top talent. Opportunities to develop inovative ideas. Agile s/w development. Great fitness culture.

      Cons

      No local reaturants. Elevators are really slow. Having the company distributed across several locations adds communication complexity and inhibits speed.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
