      Bandwidth has some of the best management and leadership I have ever worked with. From the CEO down, Bandwidths leaders care and are there to help you grow both personally and professionally. David Morken is truly a legend and I am thankful to work for his company.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
