      Free basic health, vision, and dental is a big pro. Management is transparent when answering questions and concerns. Very active culture building.

      Cons

      Deductibles and OOP max limits are higher. Depending on role you might not have time for the culture events. Few remote opportunities.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
