      Pros

      Great benefits Campus has tons of amenities like an awesome gym, multiple restaurants, tons of outdoor areas, soccer field, tennis and pickleball courts, numerous team building functions

      Cons

      Merit increases and promotions were put on hold for a year and a half after the new campus opened up. Merit increases and some promotions have since resumed. It sounds like they're really close to paying off the debt.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
