Not sure there are any. Maybe when it’s summer and there are less patients. Good scheduler. But that’s changing now.

No breaks during a 13.5 hour shift . Have to take call and DONT GET PAID FOR BEING ON CALL... for real. Minimum pay, not valued.

The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.
Cons
Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
