      Indifferent and toxic team, lack of clear responsibilities. My colleague was toxic, spoke rudely to me, and shifted responsibility onto me. Other colleagues and the manager didn't care.

      Pros

      Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

      Cons

      But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
