Pros
Great work environment, very professional, opportunity to learn and develop professionally and personally. They are very forward leaning and have strong corporate values.
Cons
You are either a hero or a zero. Bayer touts a work-life balance, but that doesn't really exist in reality. Expect to go the extra mile as a part of the normal work day. Depending on your role, you will likely be asked to travel fairly often. There is no comp time for working in support of a crisis.
