      Bayer is German owned chemical company. This makes it a bit bureaucratic with a slow decision making process. It is also a conservative company competing in a risk taking environment.

      A very good place to work

      I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
