Pros

Great international environment, you'll meet lots of young people from every country you can imagine; you can learn and practice lots of foreign languages. Good opportunities to start a career with few experience in accounting (basicly they teach you the job, you learn how to use SAP and after a couple of years you can easily find a better job whenever you want) Very good training program, specially for skills not directly related to your own job but generally applicable to every professional environment Acceptable time flexibility and home office option Decent salaries, although difficult to raise Move and travel opportunities

Cons

Extremely high pressure as soon as you get minimum responsibilities. Overtime not paid, but if you want your job done at least at 10% you need to work every night, every weekend and every free minute of your life. Over bureaucratic processes - you spend more time on burocracy than on actual work Most people promoted to team leading or higher positions suffer brainwashing and become irrecognizable; it seems that being a bad person is a must to be promoted. Very disappointing quit process, you feel that nobody cares. Move and travel "opportunities" and night shift even if you are not willing to It's strictly forbidden to disagree, complain or have any other public demonstration of dissatisfaction on the workplace. If you complain in front of your colleagues, your boss will set up a meeting at his office to warn you "not to do that again".
