      No boss over your shoulder. You make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Only 16-20 weeks of work. Part of your pay is listed for gas but you are taxed on it; so you are making much less after expenses.

      A very good place to work

      I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
