      Pay is competitive, they really try and make work fun and appreciate their workers.

      Cons

      Strict rules and regulators of such rules. Not a bad thing, but you really have to pay attention and kind of a strict work place. Follow company policies and procedures and you will have no problem, don't and you will be disciplined.
