Pros
This company is flexible and overall very fair. Some of the management team is a bit overbearing at times but fairly sound in culture and goals.
Cons
Some turnover due to unrealistic goals and a misunderstanding for each territory's needs. There needs to be more of an open dialogue between management and employees.
