Business Outlook
Pros
Solid company that is not going away or impacted significantly by changes in the market place. Large US base means benefits are reasonable. Generally there are no surprises - it's manufacturing, so the business is straightforward. Roles are pretty clear.
Cons
Definitely a German company doing business in the US. Expect to have ex-pat Germans in key roles and for them to shuttle back and forth to Germany every few years. German jobs will come first - not a lot of Creativity in creating jobs.
