      Concern to compliance. Good company. Nice environment. Good benefit package.

      Cons

      Should be a safe environment to learn and develop. But some supervisors didn't provide the same opportunity. Like & dislike issue is still there.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      Cons

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
