      Good pay and benefits as well as opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Heavily bureaucratic leading to slow decision making. Often people managers overuses the "invisible team" too much that it become negative. Promotion is given more to "people of favor", which was built through personal rather than professional relationship.

      Pros

      Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

      Cons

      But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
