Pros
Very helpful, agile environment. Small, dedicated teams, project managers were dedicated and excellent. Focused group and very success driven. Really collaborative and it was always about getting the next task(s) completed successfully.
Cons
The "grind" as it is called. The turnarounds on projects after receipt of the marketing plans was extraordinarily quick. Due to the pace, the quality wasn't always what I would have hoped, but deadlines are deadlines. It was manageable, but there wasn't a lot of time to put your best effort forward.
