Pros
Company really rewards its employees with many perks ... food, events, minimal process. Just an overall great working environment and fun to come into work every single day. I have never had a job where I wanted to come in everyday and leave so satisfied.
Cons
Need more office space. I know this will be resolved when we move into our new office before the end of the year. Then all the cons will be gone.
