      Pros

      Mostly everyone is fully remote, good benefits & stock vesting plan, work/life balance seems fine even during month/quarter/year end

      Cons

      Lots of useless emails (newsletters, team updates from people I don't even know or work with, etc.) but not a big deal, performance management process could be a bit more streamlined although they're more transparent than other companies I've worked for

      Pros

      Remote, great insurance and pay, few offsites a year to work with the team in person (paid for by company)

      Cons

      Depends on your manager, but it can be hard to work on projects you want to work on, even when it’s on the roadmap for the team
