Pros

You get discounted meals, usually 4-6 dollars of your meal is covered. If you're part time, you can schedule and re-schedule with relative flexibility, even a few days before. But oftentimes you'll end up staying past your shift if there's no one to take over for you yet. Truancy goes relatively unpunished

Cons

No lunches No breaks No official training. Well, they might depending on the location but they never officially trained me. Poor management Not a welcoming or friendly environment at all Constantly on your feet Not enough care put into hiring process--a lot of people I worked with were terribly incompetent I'm LGBT--did not feel safe to be out in that environment Gossip-y environment Truancy goes relatively unpunished

Pros

Working at the support center you get free lunch and some of the employees are helpful.

Cons

Working at the support center is horrible. Executives don’t listen and HR does not care about the employees. They are fake but quick to say that we are family but that never shows. Don’t believe them! They let go of some really good people because they refuse to fix clear problems with the directors. Regardless of how many people try to address the concerns and make it a better environment. They fire the people that they need just to keep the rotten, toxic and rude directors. Avoid at all cost! I would not wish this on my worst enemy - can’t wait to find a new job.
