I have been working at Bojangles' full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

some great people and bad people and great food and bad food. the food is some f the best food only when its cooked right or you have someone who knows what they are doing in the kitchen

    Cons

managers expect so much from senior employees
    late nights
    little pay
few employees cause management drives them away

    Advice to Management

managers expect so much from senior employees then when the senior employee can't or are not able to do something the managers lose their lid when a senior employee can't do everything that was asked. cause me I'm a senior employee and I'm also still in high school and I have stuff for my jrotc program in the morning so most of my days will start between 5:30 and 6:00 in the morning and when I work later those nights my days won't end till 12:00am when I get home from work and most days and then I'm getting yelled at by the managers at the end of the night cause my co-workers are not doing their jobs and I'm always getting the blame for stuff I have not or did not do.
