I have been working at Bojangles' full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - 30 min optional break
    - Will give you more than 40hrs if you ask
    - Free food for your shift (discounted on days off)
    - Smoke breaks if you're a smoker

    Cons

Very VERY VERY demanding, if you know EVERYTHING in the store they will try to make you do every station in one day. Not only that but the expectations are SO SO high, detail everything, stock everything, they make you do literally everything.

    Advice to Management

Please just raise the hourly pay to at least 11/hr for full time employees, the job is so demanding that 9/hr with 5-25 cent pay raises every 6 months is just not cutting it.
