    I have been working at Bojangles' part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Everybody has the same workmanship and communication between each employee. Orders are quickly served as a result of both.

    Cons

    Any goofing off or slacking can hinder the teams speed, but thanks to the trained managers they bring individuals back on track!

    Advice to Management

    Keep a good eye always on speed, accuracy, and communication as always.

    I worked at Bojangles' part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Some people were friendly and did their part of the work.

    Cons

    The employees were mostly related and some of them had bad attitudes. Some of the employees didn't even do their work, but got off because they were family.

    I worked at Bojangles' full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Pay and bonuses are good. I worked for tands inc which is a franchise of bojangles. I liked working with the crew members

    Cons

    The hours for management aren't the greatest as there is only 2 shifts to choose from, and most shifts are 12 hrs

    Work life balance, very political company, stressful at times, 50+ work week for managers

    Pay attention to your key team members/managers. Area Directors can be snakes at times so keep an eye on them.

    Work with great people.
    Training is second to none.
    Potential for growth.
    Food allowance.
    If you work and average of 34 hours your consider full-time and can receive benefits.

    Cons

    Not keeping their word.
    Low pay compare to others.
    You work over 50+ hours a week.
    There isn't time for personal time when your mostly at work.
    Stinge about giving raises
    No sense of appreciation when you have a high health score.
    Only points out the negative.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your people. There are hard workers that work for years and received a raise. Or hear they do an excellent job.
